Congress Venue
The Eastbank Centre is Greater Shepparton's magnificent concert hall and function complex, and is also home to the Shepparton Art Gallery. It is located close to Shepparton’s central business district, opposite the Queens Gardens, and bounded by Welsford Street, Nixon Street and Marungi Street.
The centre itself is located on Welsford Street and is accessible from both Welsford and Marungi Streets, with ample car parking in Marungi Street.
Parking
Extensive off-street car parking is available at the Marungi Street/Princess Park Council car park.
Registration desk
The registration desk will be located in the front foyer of the Eastbank Centre and will remain open for the duration of the Congress. The Registration Desk will act as your point of contact throughout the Congress. If you have any queries or special requirements please do not hesitate to ask.
Registration desk opening times are:
- Sunday 15 June 5:00pm – 7:00pm
- Monday 16 June 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Tuesday 17 June 8:00am – 4:00pm
Special needs
Every effort has been made to ensure people with special needs are catered for. If you require any specific assistance, catering or arrangements to be made on your behalf, please include a notation on your registration form under the section “Special Requirements”.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include personal travel insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that, when registering for the Congress and booking travel, a travel insurance policy be taken out to cover loss, cancellation, medical cover etc. for any reason. The Congress Committee and Secretariat do not take responsibility for any delegate failing to insure.
