- Standard registration: $915 (payment received after 1 May 2008)
*If payment is not received by this date, your registration may be changed to the Standard Registration rate of $915.00

Once the registration form has been received and processed, your requirements will be acknowledged in writing.
Payment can be made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners, or Cheque/Money order. Cheques should be made payable to National Roads Congress.
Cancellation policy
Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the Congress after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All alterations, substitutions and cancellations must be made in writing, to the Congress Secretariat.
Cancellations received before 1 May 2008 will be refunded, less an administration fee of $99. Cancellations after 1 May 2008 will not be refunded. By submitting your registration you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy. All refunds will be processed after the Congress.
